Program Overview

This USAID-supported programme integrates family planning (FP), sexual and reproductive health (SRH), and environmental awareness to improve overall community health outcomes. It focuses on outreach, education, and capacity building to strengthen healthcare access and utilization.

The Need

Communities face barriers in accessing quality maternal health and family planning services due to socio-cultural factors, limited awareness, and inadequate healthcare support systems.

What We Do

The programme delivers integrated health outreaches, community dialogue sessions, school health education, and capacity-building initiatives for healthcare workers and community health promoters.

Who We Serve

The programme serves men, women, and youth across communities, including students, healthcare workers, and community leaders.
