These partnerships are central to everything we do – enabling us to extend our reach, deepen our impact and deliver high quality health services to the communities we serve.

AMREF Health Africa

AMREF Health Africa is Africa’s largest international health development organisation. AMREF supports CHP’s work in Narok County through the Kenya Sanitation and Hygiene Improvement Programme (K-SHIP), working to improve sanitation and hygiene practices across rural communities.

Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation

The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation is a global leader in the fight against HIV/AIDS in children and families. The Foundation supports CHP’s HIV/AIDS Care and Treatment programme in Narok County, helping to prevent mother to child transmission of HIV and provide comprehensive care and treatment services to those living with HIV.

We World

We World is an international humanitarian organisation working to protect the rights of women and children in vulnerable situations. We World supports CHP’s work in Narok County through the 3K Project – Kuboresha, Kudumisha na Kulinda – which focuses on improving education quality, health, sanitation and child protection for school going children across Narok South, North and East sub-counties.

CMF International

CMF International is a Christian mission organisation committed to sharing the love of Christ through healthcare and community development. CMF International has been a long standing partner of CHP since its earliest days, supporting the CMF Water for Kenya project which aims to connect all citizens of Narok County with access to safe clean water through borehole drilling, rainwater harvesting and community hygiene education.

Christian Health Association of Kenya (CHAK)

The Christian Health Association of Kenya is a faith based health network that brings together Christian health facilities and organisations across Kenya. CHAK supports CHP’s HIV/AIDS Care and Treatment programme across 6 sites in Narok South and Narok West sub-counties, providing funding and technical support to ensure communities have access to comprehensive HIV testing, treatment and care services.

Africa Population Health Research Center (APHRC)

The Africa Population Health Research Center is a leading African research institution generating evidence to drive policy and practice in health and development across Africa. APHRC supports CHP’s work by providing research expertise and evidence based insights that strengthen the quality and impact of CHP’s programmes in Narok County.

The MAA Trust

The Maa Trust is a community-based organisation focused on empowering local communities through conservation, education, and sustainable development. Maa Trust partners with CHP to support community health initiatives and strengthen outreach programmes that improve health and wellbeing in underserved areas.

MAMA Project

The Mama Project focuses on improving maternal and child health outcomes through targeted interventions and community-based support. In partnership with CHP, the programme contributes to strengthening maternal healthcare services and promoting safe motherhood practices within local communities.

FAME

FAME (Foundation for African Medicine and Education) partners with CHP to deliver medical outreach services and support healthcare delivery in underserved communities. Through regular outreach programmes, FAME helps expand access to essential healthcare services and improves health outcomes across CHP-supported regions.

LIFENET International

LIFENET International is a global organisation dedicated to strengthening healthcare systems through training, technology, and infrastructure support. LIFENET partners with CHP to enhance facility capacity, including the installation of connectivity solutions such as Starlink, improving access to digital health resources and quality care.

William & James College

William & James College partners with CHP through academic collaboration and research initiatives. The partnership includes student research visits and knowledge exchange programmes that contribute to improving healthcare delivery and strengthening community health systems.

Georgetown University

Georgetown University collaborates with CHP through research, training, and global health initiatives. The partnership supports knowledge sharing and capacity building, contributing to improved healthcare practices and outcomes within CHP-supported communities.

Imaging The World

Imagining the World is an organisation focused on global engagement, education, and community development. In partnership with CHP, the organisation supports initiatives that promote community wellbeing, cross-cultural learning, and sustainable health interventions.

USAID

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) partners with CHP to strengthen community health systems through integrated programmes in family planning, sexual and reproductive health, and community outreach. USAID supports capacity building, health education, and service delivery initiatives that expand access to quality healthcare and improve health outcomes across CHP-supported communities.
